Ministry of Health expands list of cuntries enabled to enter Costa Rica

Starting August 1, 2020 the country will reopen international air operations to receive flights from the European Union, Canada, and the United Kingdom through the two main airports, Juan Santamaría Airport and Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia.
These are the requirements that foreign tourists must meet:
- Fill out a digital epidemiological form.
- Have a COVID19 test that gives a negative result 48 hours before entering Costa Rica.
- Obtain compulsory travel insurance that covers eventualities in the accommodation, such as a possible quarantine that you require during the trip.
- Strictly comply with all sanitary protocols stipulated in international airports.
